No – there are no hidden fees at all. If you require any additional services above and beyond the weekly pool or lawn service, any works and the fees approved would need to be approved by yourself before any work commences. We believe in 100% transparency and open communication all through the customer experience.
You only pay for the visits that have occurred. For example, if our technician visits your property 4 times in the month, you will be billed for 4 visits at $29.99 each. If the month is a 5 week month and our technician visits your property 5 times in that period, you will be billed for 5 visits at $29.99 each. Completely variable pricing that you the owner have the option to flex.
We review all our pricing on a yearly basis and aim to maintain those prices throughout the year. Due to rising inflation in the economy, there may come occasions where these costs have to be passed on but with our strategy of being both the highest quality provider at the most competitive rates found in the State, increases that would be passed on will be kept as low as possible.
We constantly receive positive feedback from our clients, as can be referenced from the reviews we have received on google and Yelp. We believe that the customer experience is paramount to customer satisfaction and so we go above and beyond to ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with the service you receive. You will be appointed a dedicated account manager who will be able to deal with any questions you may have, in addition to arranging visit times, work schedules etc.
Our package includes one weekly visit to service and maintain your pool and/or lawn. Where possible, we will try to ensure that our technicians arrive at your property at a time that suits you. Should you require any additional visits above and beyond the weekly service, these will each be charged at the applicable weekly rate.
